Through its Free Language Training Program, TESDA empowers learners to enhance their global communication skills and improve their employability — especially for overseas and customer service jobs.

What Is TESDA’s Free Language Training Program?

Who Can Apply for TESDA’s Free Language Training in 2025?

TESDA’s free language training is open to all qualified Filipino citizens who meet the following requirements:

  • Must be Filipino, male or female
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school graduate (college graduates are also welcome)
