Who Can Apply for TESDA’s Free Language Training in 2025?

TESDA’s free language training is open to all qualified Filipino citizens who meet the following requirements:

Must be Filipino, male or female
At least 18 years old
High school graduate (college graduates are also welcome)
Enrolment is on a first-come, first-served basis, so early application is key

Applicants must bring both the original and photocopy of any of the following documents:

College or High School Diploma
Transcript of Records (TOR)
TESDA Certificate (NC/COC)
NSO-issued Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate

3 pcs 1”x1” ID photos (white background)
1 pc 2”x2” ID photo (white background)
Career profiling (to be scheduled during enrollment)

TESDA Language Training Schedule

Classes are conducted Monday to Friday only, with two available time slots:

Morning Session: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
