Step 3: Biometric Verification & SIM Swap
- You’ll do biometric verification
- A new Glo SIM will be activated on your old number
- You’ll receive a message confirming port-in request
Step 4: Wait for Porting Confirmation
- Porting usually completes within 24 hours
- You’ll get an SMS like: “Your number has successfully ported to Glo.”

Important Notes
- Do not remove your old SIM until the porting is complete
