Job Description

As a Telemarketer, you will play a key role in managing inbound and outbound customer calls, nurturing sales leads, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction from first contact to purchase completion.

You’ll also use CRM tools to track sales activity, follow up on potential customers, and support the sales team in achieving monthly revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to both new and existing leads.
Follow up on abandoned carts and incomplete orders to maximize conversions.
Recommend suitable products and solutions based on customer needs.
Handle inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring top-quality support.
Update and maintain accurate CRM and call records.
Work collaboratively within a small, target-driven sales team to achieve goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong communication and persuasive skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an added advantage.
Must be self-motivated, results-oriented, and tech-savvy.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online sales platforms is preferred.
