How to Request Money on PalmPay
PalmPay's Request feature lets you send a money request to another user, who receives a notification and can approve or decline it — typically within a set response window. Both you and the person you're requesting from need the PalmPay app; if they don't have it yet, they'll need to download and register before they can fulfill your request.
How the Request Feature Works
When you send a request, the recipient is notified and can respond by approving (sending the funds) or declining it. If they don't already use PalmPay, they'll be prompted to download the app first before they can complete the transaction — the request doesn't get fulfilled through a bank transfer outside the app.
How to Request Money (Step-by-Step)
1. Open the PalmPay app
2. Go to the "Me" or "Wallet" tab
3. Tap "Request" (next to "Send")
4. Enter the amount and the recipient's PalmPay number or select them from your contacts

You can also generate your personal PalmPay QR code from your profile and share it directly — the sender scans it and sends the exact amount, which is useful for in-person requests like splitting a bill.
Checking or Cancelling a Pending Request
Go to your transaction history, find the pending request, and select "Cancel Request" if you no longer need it or entered the wrong details.
If the Person You're Requesting From Doesn't Have PalmPay
Share your PalmPay account number or QR code directly instead, and point them to download the app to complete the transfer — the in-app Request feature specifically requires both parties to be on PalmPay.
