Core Responsibilities and Expectations
Client Service & CRM Duties
You will serve as the main point of contact between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling all client inquiries and service requests
- Managing client records, inventories, and CRM processes
- Following up with clients before shoots, after delivery, and during revisions
- Resolving issues quickly or escalating when necessary
- Maintaining high client satisfaction with minimal complaints
Social Media Management Tasks
You will also manage the brand’s online presence across social platforms.
Your duties will include:
- Creating and managing a social media content calendar
- Uploading content and maintaining content inventory
- Responding to DMs, comments, and booking inquiries within 30–60 minutes
- Ensuring 100% follow-up on all bookings and completed jobs
Industry-standard platforms such as Instagram and Meta Business Suite are essential tools for this role.
Performance Targets
To succeed as a Client Service & Social Media Manager at OAV Production, you must:

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
