Role Overview
As the Market Research & Field Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in data gathering, analysis, and field coordination. You’ll collect market insights, monitor competitor activity, and provide actionable recommendations to support Noble Mark’s commercial and operational goals.
You will work closely with the Strategic Advisor and Station Management to:
- Identify key demand drivers and customer behaviors
- Analyze fuel pricing and local market competition
- Deliver insights that improve operational efficiency and revenue performance
This position combines both analytical and hands-on field experience — perfect for individuals who enjoy structured research and real-world problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct field-based market and operations research
- Collect and interpret market data to identify growth opportunities
- Develop field reports and market intelligence summaries
- Engage directly with customers, retailers, and logistics operators
- Support execution of the fueling station relaunch strategy
- Present insights to senior management and project leads
Required Qualifications & Skills
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related fields
Experience:
- 2–5 years’ experience in field research, retail/FMCG operations, or logistics intelligence
Technical Skills:
- Strong data handling skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
- Excellent report writing and communication abilities
Soft Skills:
- Fluency in English and conversational Hausa (advantage)
- High integrity and objectivity in field reporting
- Comfortable conducting customer interviews and community interactions
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven mindset
