Katsina SPHCA Recruitment 2025: Official Screening Announcement
The Katsina State Primary Health Care Agency (SPHCA) has released an important update for all applicants shortlisted for the SPHCA Recruitment 2025 exercise.
If you applied for the ongoing recruitment, here’s everything you need to know about the screening exam date, venue, and required documents.
SPHCA Screening Date and Venue Details
All shortlisted candidates are invited to participate in the Katsina SPHCA 2025 screening examination as scheduled below:
- Date: Saturday, 8th November 2025
- Time: 9:00 AM prompt
- Venue: Candidates will take the test at their assigned cluster (check the official SPHCA notice or visit your LGA Secretariat for details).

Where to Check the Shortlisted Candidates List
The list of shortlisted candidates will be available starting from Thursday, 6th November 2025 at the following locations:
Candidates are advised to confirm their names and cluster assignments ahead of the screening day to avoid delays.
What to Bring to the Screening Exam
All candidates must arrive early and come fully prepared. You are required to bring the following items:
- A valid ID card (NIN Slip, Driver’s License, or Voter’s Card)
- A mobile phone with at least 2GB of active data
- Your screening invitation slip (if applicable)
- Writing materials (pen and notepad)
Note: Latecomers may not be allowed to participate in the exam. Ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
