4. Obtain Hostel Dues Account Number

   • Collect account details from the Students Affairs Division and make the required payment.

5. Submit Receipts and Collect Hostel Code of Conduct (HCC) Booklet

   • Provide photocopies of both receipts to collect the HCC Booklet, which contains:
     • Undertaking form
     • Room and bed space number

6. Photocopy Room Allocation Details

   • Make two photocopies of the page showing your room number in the HCC Booklet.

7. Submit Copies for Clearance

   • One copy goes to the Hostel Accommodation Officer (Students Affairs Division).
   • The second copy is presented to the Hostel Supervisor at your allocated hostel.
