Great news for candidates who participated in the 2025/2026 admission screening exercise at the Federal University, Kashere (FUKASHERE)! The long-awaited FUKASHERE admission list has officially been released on the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

If you applied to FUKASHERE, you can now check whether your name appears on the provisional list of successful candidates. In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to check your admission status, accept or reject your offer, and the next important steps after admission confirmation.

How to Check FUKASHERE Admission Status on JAMB CAPS

To verify your admission status, you need to log in to your JAMB CAPS portal. Follow the steps below carefully:

Visit the official JAMB CAPS portal via https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/
Log in with your registered email address and password.
On your dashboard, click on “Check Admission Status.”
Next, click on “Access my CAPS.”
Select “Admission Status” to see if you have been offered admission.

If admitted, your photo and a congratulatory message will appear.
If not yet admitted, you’ll see the response: “Sorry, No Admission Has Been Given Yet.”

Accepting or Rejecting Your Admission

Once admitted, you must either accept or reject your admission on JAMB CAPS. Here’s how:

Via SMS: Send ACCEPT or REJECT as a text message to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
Deadline: Candidates have four weeks to respond. Failure to do so may lead to withdrawal of the admission offer.

If you do not have access to your registered phone number, visit a JAMB-accredited centre to complete the process.

Printing Your JAMB Admission Letter

After accepting the admission, ensure you print your JAMB Admission Letter. This document will be required during:

Clearance at FUKASHERE
Registration for the academic session
Verification of admission during NYSC mobilization

You can print your admission letter directly from the JAMB CAPS portal.

Important Note for Mobile Users

If you are accessing JAMB CAPS with a mobile phone, you might not see the “Check Admission Status” option immediately. Many mobile users only see the welcome message.

To fix this:

Open the portal with Google Chrome Browser
Tap the menu option (three dots in the top-right corner)
Select “Request Desktop Site” to view the full CAPS page

This will enable you to access all features and check your admission properly.
