The Federal University of Health Sciences, Otukpo (FUHSO) has officially released its 2025/2026 admission list. All candidates who participated in the FUHSO Post-UTME and screening exercise can now check their admission status on the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Central Admission Processing System (CAPS).

How to Check FUHSO Admission List on JAMB CAPS
The FUHSO admission list has been uploaded online and is only accessible through the JAMB CAPS portal. Follow the simple steps below to check your admission status:
- Visit the official JAMB CAPS portal.
- Log in with your registered email address and password to access your dashboard.
- Click on “Check Admission Status”.
- Select “Access My CAPS”.
- Click on “Admission Status” to see if you have been offered admission.
If you’ve been admitted, your passport photo will be displayed alongside a congratulatory message confirming your admission.
If not yet admitted, you will get a response that says: “Sorry, No Admission Has Been Given Yet.”
What to Do If You Have Been Offered Admission
If you are among the successful candidates offered admission into FUHSO, you must either accept or reject your offer. Here’s how:
- Send ACCEPT or REJECT as an SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
- Candidates have four weeks from the date of admission offer to make a decision.
Note: If you no longer have access to the phone number linked to your JAMB profile, you will need to visit a JAMB-accredited CBT centre to accept or reject the offer.
Printing Your Admission Letter
Once you have accepted your admission, ensure that you:
- Log back into your JAMB CAPS profile.
- Print your JAMB Admission Letter immediately.
This document will be required during your clearance and registration process at FUHSO. Without it, you may not be able to complete your admission process.
Important Note for Mobile Users
Many candidates accessing JAMB CAPS on their phones may notice that the “Check Admission Status” option is not fully visible. This is a common issue.
To fix it:
- Use the Google Chrome browser.
- Go to the menu and select “Request Desktop Site.”
This will allow you to view the full CAPS page and all admission options.
