Good news for all aspirants! The Borno State University (BOSU) Admission List for the 2025/2026 academic session has officially been released. If you participated in the BOSU Post-UTME or admission screening exercise, you can now check your admission status via the JAMB CAPS portal.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to confirm your admission status, accept or reject your offer, and print your admission letter.
How to Check BOSU Admission List on JAMB CAPS
To verify if you have been admitted into Borno State University (BOSU) for the 2025/2026 session, follow the steps below:
- Visit the JAMB CAPS Portal and log in with your registered email address and password.
- Select “Check Admission Status.”
- Click on “Access My CAPS.”
- Choose “Admission Status” to view your result.
- If admitted, your photo and a congratulatory message will be displayed.
- If not admitted yet, you’ll see the message: “Sorry, No Admission has been Given Yet.”
Accepting or Rejecting BOSU Admission
If you have been offered admission into BOSU, you must either accept or reject it within 4 weeks.
- To accept or reject, send ACCEPT or REJECT via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using the phone number linked to your JAMB profile.
- Candidates who do not have access to their registered phone number should visit a JAMB-accredited centre for assistance.
Printing Your BOSU Admission Letter
After accepting your admission:
- Log in again to JAMB e-Facility
- Print your JAMB Admission Letter
- Keep this document safe as you will need it during clearance and registration at BOSU.
Important Notes for Mobile Users
Many candidates checking from their mobile phones might not see the full Admission Status option on CAPS. Instead, they may only see a welcome message. To resolve this:
- Use the Google Chrome browser
- Switch to Desktop Mode (click the Chrome options menu → Request Desktop Site)
- Reload the page to view the complete admission details
