Transfer Update: Barcelona's Laporta identifies two desired signings

Joan Laporta, the president of Barcelona, has indicated that the club is actively seeking a new winger and midfielder.

Addressing rumors connecting them with Joshua Kimmich of Bayern Munich and Martin Zubimendi from Real Sociedad, Laporta clarified that Barcelona's strategy does not include acquiring high-profile players this transfer window.

"We are not targeting big-name signings, nor do we intend to offload our key players. Our aim is to find a fresh winger and midfielder. Additionally, we have promising players within our ranks who are capable of stepping up to these roles," stated Laporta.
