Upon hearing the name of the erstwhile Real Madrid and Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo, Kane responded, affirming, “Ronnie.”
Bayern Munich forward Harry Kane has indicated Cristiano Ronaldo as the top finisher in the history of football.
During an interview with Goal, Kane was posed the question.
The 30-year-old was instructed to keep quiet until the name of the player he considered the finest was mentioned.
A roster of names was recited, including former Celtic and Barcelona luminary Henrik Larsson, ex-Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski, AC Milan icon Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Brazilian legend Ronaldo, and even Lionel Messi, yet Kane remained mute.
