| 2026 WCQ: Super Eagles to commence camp in Uyo Monday |
The Super Eagles are set to commence their camp for the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and the Benin Republic in Uyo, coming Monday.
The 23 summoned players along with the coaching staff are slated to report to the camp on that day.
Under Finidi George's leadership, the team will host Bafana Bafana at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium in Uyo on Friday, June 7.
Subsequently, the Super Eagles will compete against the Squirrels at the Felix Houphouet Boigny Stadium in Abidjan, three days post the first match.
The team from West Africa aims to achieve their initial victory in Group C following two stalemates with Lesotho and Zimbabwe.
Presently, the Eagles are in the third spot within the group, having secured two points.
