Moses Bliss and Marie Wiseborn: A Love Story Inspired by God
Nigerian gospel music star, Moses Bliss, has shared the happy news of his engagement to his partner, Marie Wiseborn, in a romantic and memorable way. The 28-year-old singer surprised his beloved with a beautiful proposal in London, United Kingdom, where he performed a song dedicated to her.
Moses Bliss took to his Instagram page on Friday to announce the engagement with a series of pictures from the event. He captioned the post, “The Lord makes all things beautiful in HIS time. She said YES @mariewiseborn.”
The singer also posted a video of the proposal on his YouTube channel, where he expressed his gratitude and love for his fiancée. He said, “I don’t think I could have asked for a better person to be my wife. She’s my dream come true. She’s my everything I pray for and more. She’s evidence that God can show man mercy. She’s evidence that God can give you his person. She’s God’s woman.”
Marie Wiseborn, who is from Britain, also shared her joy on social media with a comment on one of the engagement posts. She wrote, “My king, it’s an honour to do life with you. Every time I look at you I can’t help but smile and bless the Lord in my heart. I’m often lost for words that God would gift me a man after his own heart, an answered prayer and more. I love you, sunshine.”
The couple met through Instagram in 2020 and have been inseparable since then. They have been travelling together across different countries and sharing their love for each other online.
Moses Bliss is one of the most popular gospel singers in Nigeria and beyond. He has released several hit songs such as ‘Too Faithful’, ‘Daddy Wey Dey Pamper’, ‘No Dey Like You’, ‘Blessings’, ‘Daddy Wey Dey Pamper’ (Remix) and ‘Too Faithful (Remix)’. He has also collaborated with other artists such as Timaya, Sinach, Mercy Chinwo and Fireboy DML.
Marie Wiseborn is also a talented singer who has been supporting her fiancé’s music career. She has performed with him at some of his concerts and events.
The couple’s engagement comes after Moses Bliss made headlines last year when he appeared at Nollywood actress Ekene Umenwa’s wedding without being invited or knowing about it. He later revealed that he was invited by Ekene Umenwa’s husband but declined because he had already planned to perform at another wedding.
The couple’s fans have congratulated them on their engagement and wished them all the best for their future together.
